Roadmap

Where we are heading to and what's next for Pennysia.

We divide project development into 4 stages:

1.Ideation - Completed ✓

This stage focused on validating the core concept and building the foundational technology.

• October 2025: We competed Sonic hackathon and won the 1st place, to 1st validate our idea.
• November 2025: We then improved our model and prepared for production.
• December 2025: We made proof or concept and backtest to showcase the potential.
• January 2026: We developed, tested, and deployed smart contracts on Ethereum Sepolia testnet and Sonic testnet.
• February 2026: We built the web application interface to facilitate user interaction.
• April 2026: We did private launch of the app on Ethereum testnet to family, friends, and early interested users to gather feedback around the build and user experience.

2. Production - In Progress 🕐

We just entered this stage where we improved the product based on feedback collected from the ideation stage and make it ready to ship to public testnet and mainnet.

📖 NOTE

We'll have the 1st fundraise in this stage to support the development and launch.

This step include the following orders:

• Public testnet launch
• Smart contract security audit
• UX refinement and scalable infrastructure
• Branding, Marketing, and Community initialization
• Mainnet launch preparation

3. GTM

Targeting to launch on mainnet and start user acquisition.

4. Growth

Targeting to scale the user base and expand the product features.

Estimated Timeline

We expect to complete each stage within the following timeframe:

• Ideation: Completed
• Production: May - September 2026
• GTM: October - December 2026
• Growth: TBD
